KMA- Oba of Lagos's son emerges as APC candidate for the House of Representatives Lagos Island Constituency 2
Hon Kayode Akiolu defeated all his opponents in the free and fair elections conducted on the 4th October 2018 in the Lagos Island Constituency 2. Hon Kayode Akiolu recorded a landslide victory in all the 10 wards that constituted the Constituency.

His victory at the election did not come as a surprise because he is the most popular, acceptable and competent for the political office. The people of his constituency have spoken and are well satisfied with his representation at the House of Representatives.
The public is hereby advised to disregard the fake news being peddled by his opponents to misinform the public.
